Lovely Stay at Four Seasons
My recent stay at Four Seasons was absolutely delightful. The hotel's prime location by the serene West Lake allowed for a tranquil and peaceful getaway. The hotel grounds, with their picturesque scenery, created a truly stunning backdrop for my stay.
Although there were a few minor hiccups, such as a temporary issue with the sewer in the bathroom and limited dining options, these were quickly resolved by the attentive hotel management.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, nestled in a beautiful Chinese garden and near the temples and lake installations, was simply breathtaking. Thanks to Sisi Zhan, the guest relations manager, I received excellent travel advice and recommendations. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. On sunny days, I highly recommend the boat tour, where snacks and a refreshing cup of Longying tea are provided. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying.
